- Untuk memahami perlunya melakukan identifikasi bahaya dan penilaian risiko
- Memahami prinsip melakukan identifikasi bahaya formal dan informal dan penilaian risiko
- Meninjau penggunaan alat Manajemen Bahaya baik di dalam maupun di luar lingkungan kerja.

Silabus Pelatihan :
- Clearly understand the need to conduct hazard identification and risk assessment
- Understand the concept of formal and informal hazard identification and risk assessment
- Understanding and use of the key tools for managing hazards i.e. Job safety analysis, work safety and health analysis, permit to work system, and toolbox meetings.
- Understanding the value of such tools outside of the workplace.
- Clear understanding of individual responsibilities for safety management in the workplace.
